Office fashion in a hot summer day

I love summer and hot weather. It is time of floral dresses, wide skirts and high heal sandals. But unfortunately it is not really a fashion for the office. But still I try to get away form dark colors and try to find some compromise: skirt from Zara, shoes from Sacha, bag form Montini, jewelry from Gunadesign, but T shirt from the cheapest discount store, but pimped with salmon pink fabric.
